  1. The Hearst Castle is such a great attraction to stop by and visit. A few weekends ago my husband and I were staying in Santa Barbara and decided to take a trip to see it. We had a great time in Santa Barbara and stayed at a fabulous little inn on State Street, the Sandman (www.thesandmaninn.com). We also enjoyed some local hikes and great food and wine. Our trip to The Hearst Castle added a great little historical touch to our trip =)
